From Workflow Integration to Agentic Operational Integration

Traditional integration commonly connects systems so that data and tasks move along routes designed in advance. Agentic operational integration must also support systems that pursue a goal, select actions, invoke tools, delegate work and change business state while operating. This expands the definition of integration readiness from connected syste
